I hold a Certificate of Competency as chief engineer on smachinery below 3000kw . I have fluent English communication, writing and reporting skills, advanced PC skills, as well as worldwide seagoing and offshore experience. when I started my career as a 3rd Engineer, for offshore  vessels (including AHTS and Crew boat) I have taken the initiative to improve reporting.  During my  offshore career. I have successfully finished many contracts and was never charged with “negligence of good seamanship” or disobeying Office orders. Because of my experience, understanding of the machinery and system, as well as deep knowledge of Rules and Regulations I have avoided quite a number of risks related to close quarter situations.  In my future job, I can assure my employer to do everything to fulfill the requirements of the role, and effectively deal with challenging situations.
